The form is processed through Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., USA), which acts as data processor and stores the submissions received; Netlify relies on international transfer frameworks with appropriate safeguards under arts. 44 et seq. GDPR. Data is not shared with any other third party except where legally required.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, at most, for the applicable legal limitation periods.
